As a Service Coordinator, my priority is to make sure that my technicians make it home safely to their families every day. I don’t go home until they are done and I make sure they are never left alone on a job site.

In joining Modigent, we are now aligned with the company wide safety program which is regularly introducing initiatives aimed at preventing incidents and injuries and strengthening cultural adoption. With acute attention to detail, we’ve applied Field Ergonomics Training, aligned with a National Safety Committee, adopted a new single-source personal protective equipment (PPE) program, and conduct Leadership Observations. With a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) well below the average for plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning contractors, Modigent is setting a new standard in employee protection, leadership accountability, and human-centered risk prevention.
