Yorba Linda Packing House

In Yorba Linda, California, a packing house facility was scheduled to be converted into a medical office building and needed a new HVAC system to make the workplace conditions optimal for occupants throughout the day. As the packing house was a 130-year-old building, it was registered as a historical property requiring its integrity to be maintained while undergoing this HVAC upgrade.

Space in the packing house was limited, which forced a good amount of the equipment design to be field modified. Working alongside contractor Howard Building Corporation, we provided Revit 3D plans that assisted in the original design criteria, and we were able to install the state-of-the-art Samsung VRF system the medical office needed. Our part of the project was completed on time and performed to the satisfaction of the building’s owner, enabling the conversion of the packing house to proceed on schedule.
