Aerospace and defense company, L3Harris, is a technology company that provides military and commercial customers with integrated solutions for their air, land, sea, space, and cyber needs. Located in Yorba Linda, California, L3Harris needed a cooling tower, boiler, pumps, water source heat pumps, and automated controls to all be retrofitted within a very accelerated timeline.
Working in and around the company’s 150,000 square-foot facility, our commercial HVAC team diligently worked long hours and over weekends to successfully replace existing 30-year-old equipment within the allotted construction schedule. Over the course of three months, we were able to complete the retrofit phase of the project before working another six months installing the interior equipment. The client was more than satisfied with our commitment to service and quality, and now enjoys a new state-of-the-art HVAC system and controls.
