In Irvine, California, a commercial tenant company needed to make improvements within a multi-story tenant building. Working with contractor Snyder Langston, the Contemporary Heating & Air Conditioning HVAC installation team began planning around the very limited space available to install ductwork that would align with the design intent of the structure. Our collaboration included assisting the design team by providing in-house Revit 3D drawings that went a long way toward minimizing, and at times, avoiding conflicts with other trades working on the same project. The project was a success, and the tenant was pleased with the form and function of the new York Roof Top Heat Pumps and Daikin VRF system we installed.
