Industrial Surfboard manufacturer, Channel Islands Surfboards, was building out a corporate office and manufacturing facility designed to ship surfboards to multiple countries. Located in Carpenteria, California, the structure was built to accommodate a high-end ventilation system in an existing facility that could adhere to AQMD standards.
Our industrial HVAC, exhaust system, and controls teams worked side-by-side with mechanical engineers to develop an adequate exhaust system for fiberglass and resi equipment. In partnership with JLC Construction, we were able to meet city and owner’s requirements for exhaust and air conditioning needs.
